| About Us MTC is a concrete business that specializes in poured concrete walls. We do residential and commercial retaining walls and basement walls. We also do reinforced concrete storm shelters! We are a family business that practice values, such as: honesty, hard work, and attention to detail. We strive to satisfy each customer with quality work, positive attitude and fair prices. The foundation of your home is the most important thing to you and to us. We also carry workers comp and general liability. Company history MTC has been in business since June 1987, starting in Columbia, TN and expanding to all of Middle Tennessee and northern Alabama. We are located in Ethridge, TN. It all started with Jerry Jeter Sr.'s vision and has expanded to include his son, Dallas Jeter, who is partner with Jerry. Jerry and Dallas have a combined experience of over 60 years in concrete. MTC also consists of Jerry's daughter, Sara Vick, who is the accountant and office manager.
